The things people ask first
What counts as a check?
One investigation of one thing — a link, an email address, a phone number, a message, a QR code, a vehicle or a company. On paid personal plans and all business plans, standard checks are unlimited.
Why are deepfake analyses metered when checks are not?
Because that is where the real cost sits. An ordinary check is largely served from our own cache — when a scam campaign goes wide and thousands of people check the same link, we compute it once. Deepfake analysis runs on dedicated hardware for every single file, so it is priced separately rather than hidden in everyone's bill.
Do you tell me whether something is a scam?
No, and we are careful about this. We tell you what we found and how concerned to be, with every finding explained in plain English so you can judge it yourself. A phone number, for example, is reported as a level of concern based on what other people have reported — never as "safe" or "a scam", because that is not something the evidence supports.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes, from Gold upwards. Your domain, your logo, your colours, and your operators answering under your name. Your customers need never see ours.
What happens if somebody needs a person rather than a report?
On Platinum and above, Willow hands them to one of your operators through a verified handshake: your operator reads a six-digit code to the customer, never the other way round. Every scam that involves a code asks the victim to read it out, so we do the opposite by design.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans, any time. Annual plans run to the end of the term. Enterprise agreements are twelve months with sixty days' notice.
